The new headquarters, strategically moored in Taijiang's prime maritime commercial basin, offers superior connectivity through proximity to maritime transport arteries and comprehensive shore-based support facilities. The ICC Shenglong Global Center features state-of-the-art navigational aids and AI-powered fleet management systems, engineered to support expanding operational requirements and enable cross-departmental watchkeeping coordination.
